How can we help?

For help with CallAssist India, email rehaancubes@gmail.com.

Tell us your device model, app version, what you tried and what happened. Include the approximate time if a call failed. Please leave out private conversations, passwords and verification codes.

A call will not connect

Check your internet connection and microphone permission. Reopen the app and retry when connected. If the problem continues, contact support.

Incoming calls do not ring

Check notification permissions, Focus or Do Not Disturb settings, and whether your device allows incoming-call alerts. Reopen the app after changing permissions.

Subscriptions and purchases

Use Restore purchases in the app with the store account that made the purchase. Manage cancellation through Apple or Google Play.

Privacy and account deletion

Use You → Privacy in the app to export data and manage transcripts, or follow the account deletion instructions.
